Shipping Rates

• Flat-rate shipping & handling: $15

• Orders ship April–May, weather permitting

• Store tubers in a cool, dry place until planting

• Do not store in freezing conditions 

• We sell individual tubers, not clumps

Shipping Area

We ship within the USA only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Combined Shipping – 2026

Teresa’s Garden is a small grower with a one-person shipping department (just me!) 🌼

Combining orders takes extra time during our busiest months, but we also understand that shipping costs add up.

For 2026, combined shipping will be offered only when:

• The total of all orders equals or exceeds $100, and

• All orders have the same shipping address at the time of purchase

Important:

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed

• Orders with different addresses are not eligible for combined shipping

Ordering Policies

Cart & Checkout

Your order is confirmed only after checkout and once you receive an order confirmation number and email.

(Items in your cart are just browsing until checkout is complete.)

Purchase Limits

To give more gardeners a chance at rare varieties, some dahlias will have per-household purchase limits.

Substitutions

We do not offer substitutions.

If unexpected storage issues arise and a tuber becomes unavailable, we will refund the purchase price.

Cancellations

• All sales are final once an order is placed

• We do not accept order changes or cancellations

• As a small grower working with perishable products, we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a tuber does not meet our quality standards during pre-shipping inspection

We love our customers and take pride in providing quality tubers and good service.

However, if emails or messages are abusive, threatening, or contain foul language, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

Please keep in mind:

• Some varieties are in extremely high demand

• Space and supply are limited

• Popular tubers can sell out quickly (we wish we could grow faster!)

We’re a small grower, and demand often exceeds what we can produce.
